SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – People & Culture (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Implementation and Stabilization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as core HR master data system at ALDI Nord

• Leading end-to-end project management activities, including the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - from requirements analysis to go-live, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Provide in-house consulting and HR IT analysis by assessing existing HR processes, developing tailored solutions based on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and supporting the implementation of new processes

• Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into the existing IT landscape

• Manage stakeholders and collaborate closely with internal and external teams as well as business partners to ensure successful project delivery and rollout execution

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Information Technology, HR Technology, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, or within a comparable HR/IT environment

• Experience in optimizing global HR processes, including process modeling, change management, and automation

• Solution-oriented and proactive mindset, combined with a strong passion for HR digitalization

• Fluent English language skills, written and spoken
