  • Facilitate project governance, workstream meetings, RAID reviews, and Steering Committee preparation.

  • Drive accountability across functional, technical, testing, change, data, and regional teams.

  • Proactively manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and escalations to support successful delivery.

  • Produce concise project reporting, highlighting project health, delivery risks, overdue actions, and key decisions.

  • Create transparency across workstreams and ensure effective communication of project updates, decisions, and changes.

  • Support the project through testing, deployment readiness, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on Project Management experience within complex technology, HR, or enterprise transformation programs.

  • Formal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

  • Strong experience managing project plans, RAID logs, governance, reporting, and cross-functional dependencies.
