About the role

TL;DR

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations for client organisations in France, managing project plans, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. You’ll manage project teams in a matrixed environment and guide customers through the solution. The role requires at least five years of project management experience and fluency in French and English.

We are looking for a Project Manager (SuccessFactors solution) with proven experience in project management.

Your missions

In your role as Project Manager, you will guide customers through Successfactors software solution. You’ll also be in charge of the actions bellow:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in client organisations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Deploy project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client requirements
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage project admin and financial components (budget, margin and expenses)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
  • Monitor project progress and performance, and report on project status to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with project standards and methodologies
  • Manage change with strategies that build buy-in and mitigate risks
  • Identify opportunities to position other service offerings
  • Provide status reports and keep team apprised of overall project status

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in software sciences, Management, Human Resources or related field. Experience in project management is necessary (minimum 5 years).
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding strategies and regulations.
  • An experience with one or more of the following HR technology vendors: Oracle, HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, Success Factors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing project teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
