Workday Solutions Developer

We are seeking a Workday Solutions Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development. The role spans technical configuration, custom report design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, helping HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform.

Experience Required: 6+ years

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Five or more years of Workday technical experience.

  • Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.

  • Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.

  • Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.

  • Strong understanding of Workday security framework.

  • Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.

  • Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Pro certifications.

  • Experience with Workday Extend application development.

  • Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.

  • Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.

  • Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.

Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
