About the role
Future Responsibilities:
Design and implement end to end integration solutions using SAP CPI and BTP Integration Suite.
Develop and maintain integration flows (iFlows), APIs, and connectors for SAP and non SAP systems.
Lead integration efforts for SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.
Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.
Document integration architecture, interface specifications, and support procedures.
Stay current with SAP BTP updates and recommend enhancements.
Support testing, deployment, and post production activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP integration development.
Strong hands on experience with SAP CPI and BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management).
Proven experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP ERP or third party systems using OData, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Groovy scripting, and JSON.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $156,700.00.
