About the role

TL;DR

Lead a small global team responsible for People Technology, data and core HR processes, with ownership of the global strategy, governance and roadmap. You’ll partner with People & Culture, IT and business stakeholders to improve HR operations, data quality, automation and AI, using SAP SuccessFactors or another enterprise HR platform. The role is based onsite at the Denmark HQ and requires 5+ years in HR technology or HRIS, HR Operations and people leadership.

We are looking for an experienced people leader to lead our global People Technology, Data & Process team. Together with your team, you will define and drive Coloplast's people technology and data agenda, owning the global governance frameworks, standards and roadmap that underpin our people systems, data quality and core people processes.

Our team brings together expertise across Global Rewards, Mobility, People Analytics, People Technology & Data, and Danish Payroll & Benefits.

As Head of People Technology, Data & Process, you will lead a small team of specialists, set the direction for our people-technology landscape, and be the gatekeeper of our people data foundation and core people processes.
You will work closely with colleagues across People & Culture, IT, our Business Center and the business to ensure our people systems, data and processes support business needs while enabling global consistency and the delivery of our People Strategy.

What we're looking for

You are a strong people leader who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to execution. You know how to navigate a complex stakeholder environment, align different perspectives and move initiatives forward.

You bring experience from People Technology, HRIS or People Data, combined with a solid understanding of HR Operations. You know how to turn business needs into practical solutions and are comfortable leading change, working across functions and developing strong teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the People Technology, Data & Process team.
  • Define the strategy and shape the roadmap for people technology, people data and core people processes globally.
  • Drive simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure our people data is trusted, accessible and supports better decision-making through solid frameworks and clear governance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across People & Culture and IT to prioritise investments and initiatives.
  • Enable the effective use of technology, automation and AI to improve the employee and people leader experience.
  • Establish strong governance and clear ways of working across systems, data and processes.
  • Ensure initiatives deliver value and support our business priorities.

Qualifications and personality

  • +5 years’ experience in HR technology / HRIS and HR Operations
  • People leadership experience
  • Curious, open to feedback and keen to learn from others.
  • Ambitious and always strives for great results
  • Experience with enterprise HR platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proven track record delivering and transforming global HR processes and operations
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
  • Experience with structured delivery methodologies
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
