About the role
The Technical Services team guides clients through the lifecycle of delivering third-party flat file integrations as part of an overall Dayforce HCM implementation.
Our team helps clients achieve a successful go-live experience by coordinating key internal and external stakeholders to complete the activities required to transmit business-critical data, including benefits enrollment, COBRA, payroll contributions, and HR demographic information, to their vendors when they go live with their new HCM system.
As a Services Technical Consultant, you will be part of a business segment team, or pod, comprised of Consultants supporting client implementation projects across North America. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across various file types while leveraging the expertise of the broader Technical Services team. We are looking for experienced consultants who can confidently manage multiple flat file integrations across multiple implementation projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Get to Do
Provide consulting services to clients.
Translate client requirements into flat file requirements.
Meet with offshore teams to review mapping documents for file development.
Manage internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Services Consultants, and Mappers, as well as external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to deliver export files.
Identify and communicate project risks.
Analyze export files, research issues, and determine the appropriate course of action.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of export files throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Skills and Experience We Value
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and working sessions.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely using business language.
Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.
What Would Make You Stand Out
Project management experience.
Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, including HRIS systems.
Working knowledge of payroll contribution, benefits eligibility, and HR export files.
Ability to read technical vendor specifications and analyze vendor feedback.

About the Salary Ranges
The hiring salary range is $76,600 to $119,600 USD. The final compensation offered may vary based on a variety of factors, including bonuses and/or incentives, or a candidate’s experience, skills, budget and location.
