Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (FR-ENG)

Together with HR teams and business stakeholders, you'll transform HR processes into modern digital experiences using SAP SuccessFactors. From talent management, learning and development and employee development to core HR processes, you'll help organizations unlock the full potential of their people while creating tangible business impact.

Depending on your experience and interests, you will work across different SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and others. What will you be doing?

Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from analysis and design to go-live and support

• Translating HR and business requirements into efficient and user-friendly SuccessFactors solutions

• Configuring and optimizing one or more SuccessFactors modules based on client needs

• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and advising stakeholders

• Supporting integrations and ensuring seamless interaction between HR systems

• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve and evolve their HR processes

• Staying up to date with SuccessFactors innovations and translating them into added value for clients

• Collaborating with colleagues across different HR and technology domains

• You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting, implementation, or support role

• You have hands-on experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, or others

• You understand HR processes and enjoy translating business needs into practical solutions

• You are analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented

• You communicate fluently in French and English

• You enjoy working in different client environments and collaborating with various stakeholders

Bonus points if:

• You are certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules

• You have experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules

• You have experience with integrations and HR system landscapes

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) is considered a strong asset!
