WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We're looking for an HCM & Reporting Analyst to support our Dayforce implementation, with a particular focus on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how employee data moves through an HCM environment and can translate reporting requirements into dependable technical solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and project team members to develop custom reporting solutions, validate data, support implementation testing, and resolve data-related issues. Your work will help establish consistent reporting standards, improve confidence in workforce data, and reduce the risk of errors or rework during implementation and stabilization.
