Integration Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

About the role

TL;DR

Own the global SAP SuccessFactors integration landscape, connecting HRIS platforms with local solutions through middleware such as Boomi and CPI. You’ll assess requirements, design and oversee changes, support testing and production cutover, and help resolve complex integration incidents while meeting technical and security standards. The role requires at least 5 years of global HRIS integration experience, strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise, stakeholder management skills, and fluent English.

In this role you will drive the continuous evolution of the People Function system landscape. You will advise, implement and safeguard seamless integrations ensuring the integrity of the global People Function integration landscape and safeguarding a seamless employee experience.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Being responsible for Safeguard the integrity of the global HR integration landscape.

  • Identifying and analyzing business requirements, advising on solutions with a global E2E view, contributing to build a business case reflecting design choices, phasing, cost profile and expected benefits.

  • Overseeing development and implementation, owning the change request process, impact assessments, solution designs and driving effective outcomes.

  • Making sure integrations are embedded into support.

  • Being a specialist, (technical) expert in the integration domain who understands the business needs, translate the requirements into solutions designs.

  • Overseeing the E2E picture partnering with local and global stakeholders.

  • Driving standardization and simplification in the global integration landscape respecting local legal and compliancy needs.

  • Participating in testing cycles and ensuring the cutover to production is performed in a controlled and smooth way.

  • Maintaining a productive working relationship with all relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and engaged properly.

  • Providing suggestions to continuous improvement of running integrations by signalling and judging suitability of new IT developments and leveraging best practices across the different solutions.

  • Ensuring integration landscape is in accordance with HEINEKEN D&T technical and security standards

  • Providing functional support on resolving integration related incidents and act as a sparring partner for Functional Specialists when it comes to solve complex integration related topics.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree.

  • At least 5/7 years of experience in integrating global HRIS solutions (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) with local solutions.

  • Deep functional and technical SAP SF expertise in the area of integration.

  • Knowledge of middleware integration possibilities with SAP SuccessFactors (Boomi, CPI).

  • Understanding other technologies that support end to end processes within HR, understanding how other digital products integrate with SAP SF.

  • Business Understanding.

  • Operational Excellence.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Hands-on mentality.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English.
