About the role

TL;DR

Work three days a week from the Warsaw office as an HR technology specialist and subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, and related systems. You’ll manage system operations, access, integrations, reporting, releases, user support, and training while working with international teams. The role requires at least four years in HR technology or HRIS, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and fluent English.

Job Description

  • act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, and other HR systems

  • collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives

  • manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance

  • support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests

  • administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms

  • manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues

  • create and maintain dashboards, reports, surveys, and analytics solutions

  • support system releases, testing activities, process improvements, and change management initiatives

  • develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption

Qualifications

  • minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role

  • hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms

  • experience in system administration, governance, and user support

  • good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape

  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • ability to work effectively with international teams

  • bachelor's or Master's degree

  • fluent English, both written and spoken
