About the role

TL;DR

This hybrid role is a fixed-term contract of about two years, focused on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Reporting. You will own global talent management processes, define KPIs and dashboards for senior leaders, and guide training, testing, compliance, and system improvements. It suits someone with 3+ years in global talent management and reporting, strong Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and proficient business English.

Your Contribution

  • Take over global responsibility for translating business and talent management requirements into a system supported performance, potential and succession management process
  • Be the subject matter expert in all SAP SF and reporting related topics in the area of performance, succession and potential management
  • Define and create relevant KPIs and dashboards
  • Analyze performance, potential and succession data for all target groups and create dashboards for Top-Management
  • Create presentation templates, communication & enablement material
  • Steer training sessions for global target groups and deliver key-user trainings
  • Specify and monitor SAP SF system settings to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations e.g. data privacy
  • Steer and ensure SAP SF system testing and validation activities with regards to process enhancements and release
  • Continuously improve existing SAP SF system configuration and reporting standards in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
  • Fixed-term employment for approximately 2 years

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Reporting (certifications are a plus)
  • 3 + years of professional experience in Talent Management and Reporting within global large-scale organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and managing global Talent management systems, processes and KPIs
  • Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
  • Proficient in Business English
  • Proven track record in steering global projects
  • Strategic and cross-functional mindset combined with strong analytical and data-driven skills
  • Quick comprehension and an independent, precise, and very structured way of working
  • Global mindset and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or similar with focus on Human Resources, Systems and Reporting
