Freelance SAP HR & SuccessFactors Expert

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance SAP HR & SuccessFactors Expert to support a major HR transformation project.

Your Mission

• Define the project scope and implementation roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Prepare the integration with SAP HR and existing legacy applications.
• Analyse HR processes and document functional and technical requirements.
• Identify migration opportunities, risks and potential impacts.
• Collaborate with IT teams, management and business stakeholders.

Proven expertise in SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Experience in HR transformation, functional analysis and migration projects.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• Flexible and willing to travel to different business locations.
