About the role

TL;DR

Join an ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, working across Core HR, Payroll, OTBI or BI Publisher reporting, Journeys, and security. You will configure processes, support data migration and integrations, and work with global process owners, country HR teams, and an implementation partner. The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience and strong English communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our team and support our ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. You will work across Core HR, Payroll, Reporting, Journeys, and Security, helping to shape and stabilize how our HR processes run in Oracle. Experience with data migration and system integration is a strong plus.

This role suits someone with solid, hands-on Oracle HCM experience — whether built up in a consultancy environment or as an internal corporate specialist — who is comfortable working both independently and closely with cross-functional teams, including our implementation partner.

Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve Oracle HCM Core HR processes and data structures

  • Support Payroll-related configuration, data flows, and issue resolution

  • Build and maintain reports (OTBI / BI Publisher) to support HR and business stakeholders

  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot Journeys (onboarding, performance, and other HR process journeys), including task assignment, routing, and role-based access

  • Manage and audit Oracle HCM security — roles, data access, and role provisioning

  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and load processes

  • Contribute to system integrations between Oracle HCM and other platforms (e.g. ADP Payroll, third-party tools)

  • Partner with Global Process Owners, country HR teams, and our implementation partner to translate business requirements into system configuration

  • Support workshops, testing cycles, and documentation for country rollouts

Qualifications

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, gained either in a consultancy/implementation partner role or as an internal HCM specialist at a corporate organization

  • Strong working knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules

  • Experience building and maintaining reports (SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar)

  • Practical experience with Oracle Journeys — configuration, task routing, troubleshooting

  • Solid understanding of Oracle HCM security models (roles, data access, provisioning)

  • Data migration and/or system integration experience is a strong plus (HDL, HCM Extracts, or similar tools)

  • Ability to work in a global rollout environment with multiple stakeholders and country-specific requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a mid-implementation environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with ADP Payroll integrations

  • Experience working alongside a systems integrator implementation partner

  • Experience with Fast Formulas

  • Familiarity with hybrid governance models (Product & Run vs. Country Rollout)
