About the role
Build complex Workday HR reports, including advanced, composite, trending reports, discovery boards, and calculated fields, for teams across compensation, time, talent, and other HR functions. You’ll manage reporting and security changes, analyze confidential HR and financial data, answer ad hoc requests, and guide junior report writers and data stewards. The role requires 3 years of experience and Irish work authorization, with no employment permit sponsorship available.

As a member of the team, you will play an important role in helping our HR department address the people-related data and analytical needs of internal clients across the globe.
Supporting the team as a Consultant for Workday reporting, you will be pivotal to the digital transformation of our HR function to develop business intelligence products and reports to enable HR processes and drive human capital decisions. You will be working with different HR COEs to develop reporting solutions across all functional areas of HR, such as compensation, time, talent, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of HR’s digital transformation and pioneer a team of report writers and data scientists to drive a data culture.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver report solutions and anticipate report needs.
Perform reporting change requests related to business process flow and security based on business requirements.
Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
Demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality requirements relating to HR and Financial data.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive productivity through reporting solutions.
Train and guide junior report writers and data stewards on workday reporting capabilities.
Facilitate data extraction, collection, and other strategies that will help optimize efficiency and data quality.
Skills/ Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced knowledge in complex report development in Workday for HR (advanced report, discovery boards, composite reports, trending reports, calculated fields)
A strong understanding of data needs for analysis and business management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to pinpoint problems in data records based on analysis
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
Experience with Prism Analytics or Core HCM
3 to 5 years of work experience in any area of HR
Work Authorization
