Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Manager, People Technology and Services in San Mateo, CA to partner closely with customers to drive and prioritize the HCM, Compensation, Time and Absence, Security and Integrations technology roadmap and identify level of effort and proactively engage resources required for each project.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience in HR Technology architecting scalable HR technology solutions across global organizations; leading cross-functional technical teams and defining and executing multi-year HR technology roadmaps aligned to business strategy; partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders to translate program requirements into Workday solutions; overseeing full lifecycle system implementations, including discovery, requirements, design, UAT, change management, and deployment; managing complex Workday enhancement portfolios, prioritization frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies; establishing KPIs, measure adoption, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence; conducting retrospectives, portfolio reviews, and long-term capability planning; directing ownership of SOX audits and designing controls, reporting frameworks, and evidence packages to maintain compliance; providing guidance on new capabilities, AI-driven enhancements, and process optimization in HR Technology; and in executing duties, working with Workday HCM configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, and Reporting; Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, PICOF/PECOS, REST and SOAP APIs; system governance, release management, performance testing, audit processes, and SOX-compliant controls; and Workday security models, role-based access controls, and data privacy requirements.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
