About the role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience.

  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting EPC, construction, engineering, utilities, energy, or infrastructure companies.

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Certification.

  • Experience managing large field-based or project-driven workforces.

  • Knowledge of workforce planning and labor management.

  • 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.

  • 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.

  • Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

  • Experience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy organizations.

  • Ability to work with HR leadership and business stakeholders in large-scale transformation programs.

Salary Range: $130,000- $150,000 a year
