About the role
Lead assigned activities across full Dayforce implementations, from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and deployment. You’ll work with clients, maintain and audit employee data, and develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations. The role asks for 5+ years of software implementation experience, HRIS and SaaS experience, and SQL/XML proficiency, with limited travel to client sites.
Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Implementation Consultant supports the full implementation lifecycle and may lead assigned project activities while working closely with clients and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and maximize ROI
Manage the full implementation process, including client consultation, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
Document and validate client requirements and align them with Dayforce functionality
Configure Dayforce to meet client business requirements
Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting outcomes
Participate in internal project meetings and provide updates on activities and deliverables
Apply functional and technical expertise across requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
Advise clients on best practices to maximize solution value and ROI
Collaborate with project teams, internal partners, clients, and third parties to ensure successful system implementation
Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data
Audit data and system modules as needed
Provide follow-up consulting and support within areas of expertise
Develop SQL scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
Serve as a go-to resource for assigned functional areas
Guide clients in applying Organizational Readiness best practices for Dayforce rollout
Periodically review policies and recommend best practices
What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science
5+ years of software implementation experience
SaaS/cloud computing and HRIS experience
Workforce Management experience preferred, including scheduling, timekeeping, position management, and organizational structure
Experience with Dayforce preferred; Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, UKG, or Oracle HR/Payroll also considered
Experience implementing HRIS modules or similar end-to-end solutions
Knowledge of HCM business practices and business process mapping
Change management experience preferred
Proficiency in SQL and XML
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
