HRIS and Compensation Specialist (UKG)
Total Sand Services
About the role
This onsite role in Fort Worth combines hands-on UKG administration with compensation analysis. You’ll own UKG workflows, configuration, security, scheduling, integrations, audits, and reporting, then run annual compensation cycles, market pricing, job evaluations, and pay structure work. The role requires 3+ years of combined HRIS and compensation experience, UKG Pro or Ready configuration skills, advanced Excel, and knowledge of compensation fundamentals.
This position will play a central role on our HR team, bringing together two areas that touch every employee: the systems we work in and the pay decisions we make.
On the systems side, you'll serve as the technical owner of our UKG environment designing workflows and business processes, managing configuration and security, overseeing integrations, and leading system updates. You'll also build the audit routines that keep our employee data accurate and reliable.
On the compensation side, you'll lead various compensation cycles from budget modeling through planning worksheets and statement generation, and maintain the market pricing, job evaluation, and pay structure work that supports fair, well-reasoned pay decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building things that work well and keeping them that way. If you take pride in clean configuration, accurate data, and a compensation cycle that runs smoothly from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you.
