About the role

Job Description

UKG is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Solution Consultant to join our well-established and stable team, which has a long-standing presence and strong expertise in payroll implementation. In this role, you will support the implementation of international customers’ payroll processes and the transfer of payroll data into the UKG One View Platform and partner payroll engines.

You will work closely with customers, partners, Project Managers, Senior Solution Consultants, and internal teams to support accurate payroll setup, data analysis, testing, and successful delivery. Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and partner delivery activities for assigned countries, ensuring accurate payroll setup and successful payroll testing and go-live.

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Senior Solution Consultant to complete assigned tasks in line with agreed processes and project timelines.

  • Analyze payroll data and support its accurate transfer into UKG One View Platform and partner payroll engines.

  • Work with customers and partners to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support payroll implementation activities.

  • Maintain the internal payroll knowledge base, ensuring that documentation reflects the latest product and service features.

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and support a smooth handover to the Payroll Services team for assigned countries.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders via email, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Teams or Zoom calls.

  • Provide regular project updates, raise concerns promptly, and contribute to positive and collaborative stakeholder relationships.

  • Work daily with the UKG One View Platform.

  • Resolve standard issues by analyzing possible solutions and applying relevant experience, judgment, and established precedents.

  • Handle confidential employee and payroll data in accordance with data protection requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and make constructive suggestions to support successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional experience after graduation, preferably in a data-oriented, analytical, payroll, finance, operations, or technology environment.

  • Experience working with data, spreadsheets, systems, or business processes.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a project environment.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently on daily tasks with a moderate level of guidance and direction.

  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent, reliable approach to work.

  • Willingness to raise concerns, ask questions, and make constructive suggestions.

  • Good presentation and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, international team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with payroll processes, payroll data, HR systems, or financial data.

  • Experience working with payroll platforms, HCM systems, or other enterprise software.

  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting, implementation, or project environment.

  • Experience working with international customers or stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of data protection principles and handling confidential information.
