Where Your Expertise Makes an Impact

• Configure UKG Pro Benefits Administration (Benefits Prime) end to end, including plan setup, eligibility rules, life event handling, rate structures, and enrollment logic
• Support the integration between UKG Pro and PlanSource for benefits enrollment, covering data mapping, field alignment, and reconciliation between systems
• Build, test, and troubleshoot EDI 834 carrier file feeds and connections with medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary benefit carriers
• Lead configuration workbooks, unit testing, parallel validation, and user acceptance testing through to go-live and post-production stabilization
• Partner with HR, payroll, and benefits stakeholders to translate plan design decisions into accurate system configuration and clean open enrollment execution

What Stands Out Among Top Talent

• Active, currently valid UKG-issued certification in UKG Pro Benefits Administration (Benefits Prime), which is a firm requirement for this project
• Hands-on configuration experience in UKG Pro Benefits Prime on live implementation or optimization work, not classroom exposure alone
• Direct experience with PlanSource integration and EDI or carrier file feeds for benefits enrollment, including error handling and discrepancy resolution
• Broader HRIS and benefits administration background across open enrollment cycles, carrier connections, compliance requirements, and benefits configuration
• Ability to work independently on a defined project scope, document configuration decisions clearly, and communicate status directly with client stakeholders
