About the role

TL;DR

Lead Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits workstreams for large client implementations. You’ll run workshops, lead your workstream and project teams, and work closely with clients, colleagues, and Workday. The role requires English and German fluency, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to meet client travel needs; Workday certifications, data migration, and security experience are a plus.

As a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.

  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits functionalities.

  • Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress

  • Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation.

  • Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations

  • Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills

  • Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions

  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English and German

Set yourself apart

  • Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits workstreams

  • Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework

  • Up to date Workday certifications

  • Mid-level Workday experience

  • Additional Workday certifications, especially Benefits

  • Fluency in another language.
