About the role
This onsite role in Copenhagen or Poznan needs at least three years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across three or more areas, such as HCM, Talent, Compensation, Learning, Security, Reporting, or Integration. You will configure and test business processes, support integrations, manage releases and upgrades, improve data governance, and provide second-line support to HR teams and end users.

About the role
You will join the People Technology team, responsible for running and developing Workday in close collaboration with our People Division and stakeholders across Finance and IT. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our use of Workday by improving our current setup, translating business needs into system functionality, and delivering on our roadmap.
What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?
Collaborate closely with SMEs in the People Division on Workday-related processes, data, and projects
Design, test, validate, and implement change request to configuration and business processes in Workday
Contribute to integration initiatives and cross-system process alignment
Support the establishment of strong master data governance and improved data validation practices
Participate in Workday system upgrades, release management, and regression testing
Provide guidance to end users and local HR teams as the 2nd line in our support model
Proactively configure and maintain our existing and future modules and contribute to the delivery of our roadmap

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience within at least three of the following areas: HCM, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Security, Reporting, and Integration
Experience configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing new and existing Workday Business Processes
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks forward
A positive mindset and genuine interest in working as a team and curiosity towards the perspective of your colleagues and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization
You will report to the Head of People Technology and join a vibrant and engaging Technology & Innovation division with more than 400 colleagues spread across Europe.
This position is based either in Copenhagen (Denmark) or Poznan (Poland).
