About the role

TL;DR

Work onsite in Komorniki, Poland, supporting and improving Workday HCM across maintenance, configuration, testing, releases, reporting and issue resolution. You will work with HR, IT and external vendors on HRIS projects and process improvements. The role requires 3+ years in HRIS or HR technology, hands-on Workday HCM experience, and fluent English.

The HRIS Specialist is part of the HR Projects & Processes team and plays an important role in supporting and continuously improving our HR Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM.

What you will do

The role combines HR process knowledge, HR technology, data and project support. The HRIS Specialist will help ensure that Workday is effectively maintained and configured to meet business needs, while working closely with HR, IT and external partners. As part of a growing team, the role will also contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing development of Workday across the organization.

HRIS & Workday

  • Support the maintenance, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday HCM and related HR systems.

  • Ensure HR processes and requirements are effectively reflected in the system.

  • Support system testing, releases, troubleshooting and resolution of HRIS-related issues.

Data & Reporting

  • Support HR reporting and ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy.

  • Provide insights and support to HR stakeholders based on HR data and system capabilities.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in HRIS projects, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate HR processes and improve the employee experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, IT, HRIS colleagues and external vendors to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

  • Provide support and guidance to HR stakeholders on HRIS-related topics.

What you bring

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology or a related area, preferably in a global organization.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM is required, ideally including system configuration and maintenance.

  • Experience with HR reporting, data and HR technology projects.

  • Experience working with IT teams and external vendors.

  • Experience with Workday Absence or other HR Service Management solutions is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Proactive and service-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
