About the role

TL;DR

Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio. You’ll maintain and troubleshoot Workday Payroll integrations, including PECI and PICOF, while handling incidents, monitoring, break/fix support, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades. Full professional English is required; Workday Integration certification and Workday Extend experience are advantages. Salary: 17,300–24,000 PLN.

The expected salary for this position: 17 300 - 24 000 PLN

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • ability to Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio,

  • strong experience in building, maintaining and troubleshooting Workday Payroll integrations (PECI,PICOF),

  • experience in providing support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and new integrations,

  • experience in performing routine break/fix support and regression testing of inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware,

  • ability to understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality,

  • experience in providing support for incident management and integration monitoring,

  • full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

You'll get extra points for:

  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification in Integration,

  • experience with Workday Extend module - development of new applications and maintenance of existing solutions,

  • HR functional experience,

  • excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively,

  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects,

  • ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution,

  • strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients,

  • you actively seek for improvements & innovations,

  • ability to pay strong attention to detail.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, incident management and integration monitoring (AMS activities).

  • Design and develop new integration systems.

  • Perform Workday administrative functions relating to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades.

  • Manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment.
