About the role

TL;DR

Use Dutch at B2 level or higher and fluent English to support clients through SAP SuccessFactors projects, from process analysis and configuration to testing, go-live, training, and support. You’ll work across Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent, Learning, and Performance Management, with at least one year of functional or configuration experience required. Your Mission?

In this role, you will support clients across key HR functions, including Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning and Performance Management.

What You’ll Do?

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into smart SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

  • Support the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system setup, testing, deployment, and ensuring a successful Go-Live.

  • Provide post-go-live support, user training, and documentation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor in HR transformation

  • Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems and advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements and implementation of it.

Technology

You will advise and guide implementations of the latest HR technologies and trends, such as (Gen)AI, SAP Work Zone, ESM, WalkMe, SmartRecruiters including relevant SAP HCM addons built on SAP BTP.

Here’s What You’ll Need

SuccessFactors Consultant:

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree

  • Fluent in English

  • Fluent in Dutch (a minimum of B2 level Dutch is required)

  • Minimum of 1 year functional and/or configuring SAP SuccessFactors

  • Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus

  • Strong analytical, networking and communication skills

  • Speaking and understanding HR business language
