About the role

TL;DR

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, and enhancements across Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding. You’ll act as a functional lead or solution architect, translate client needs into configured solutions and integrations, guide testing and go-live, and mentor consultants or analysts. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience, client-facing consulting skills, and fluent English; Dutch is preferred. Flexible hours include a 4x9 schedule option.

We are hiring motivated and result-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering successful SAP SuccessFactors projects, from planning through to go-live. Ready to make an impact? Join us and help shape the future of HR.

Your Mission?

In this role, you will support clients across key HR functions, including Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning and Performance Management.

What You’ll Do?

  • Lead the implementation, rollout, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding).

  • Monitor and deliver project deliverables: defining, analyzing and implementing business processes, configuring SuccessFactors and possible integrations, testing and supervising the final deliverables of the Go-Live of SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Serve as the functional lead or solution architect across SuccessFactors initiatives, translating business needs into robust system solutions.

  • Manage or mentor a team of consultants or analysts, depending on level.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Payroll, and external implementation partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to provide ongoing support and solutions as their needs evolve.

  • Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems and advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements and implementation of it.

Technology

You will advise and guide implementations of the latest HR technologies and trends, such as (Gen)AI, SAP Work Zone, ESM, WalkMe, SmartRecruiters including relevant SAP HCM addons built on SAP BTP.

Here’s What You’ll Need

SuccessFactors Manager:

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a comparable study.

  • 3+ Years hands-on experience with designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred.

  • Strong consulting skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, guide decision-making, and deliver tailored recommendations.

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles — either within a consultancy or internal advisory.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills: Lead complex requirements analysis, translation to SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolution complex technical challenges.

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders, while also leading engaging design- and/or training sessions for end users.
