About the role
Work on a Workday HR transformation, covering HCM, Recruitment, Reporting, security administration, configuration, testing, data conversion, and release management. You’ll gather requirements with HR, support design workshops, provide second-line support, and work in a small agile squad. The role needs 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, at least 2 years in consulting, fluent English, and eligibility to travel and work across Europe at short notice.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in the development of the Workday Cloud HR Transformation;
Support the Workday project team in design and validation workshops.
Support the design, development and implementation of Workday Solutions (eg HCM, Recruitment, Reporting)
Collect and document business requirements.
Create process documentation / workflows
Support Workday configuration and release management activities.
Play a key role in testing the end-to-end business processes and Workday configuration.
Support in the training of HR.
Support the data cleaning, conversion and respective validation processes.
Build and support implementation of Workday HR Transformation process with minimum guidance from SMEs;
Provide 2nd line support for HR colleagues and complete Workday transactions as needed
Design and implement requirements in Workday solution.
Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyse business requirements.
Demonstrate configurations through the use of prototyping.
Work in an agile environment alongside a small collocated squad.
Security admin role in Workday.
Do mass upload, organizational changes, yearly position management.
Participate in the maintenance and updates of documentation and processes;
Qualifications and requirements:
Solid knowledge of and experience with Workday within implementation projects – 5+ years
Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects (SAP Talent Suite, Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors or other HR technology solution)
HR administrator experience with business application (>10000 users)
HR IS experience ideally with 3+ years implementation experience
English proficient level
At least 2 years’ experience in a consulting environment
Excellent client communications skills
Proven ability to analyze business requirements to determine configuration requirements
Propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives
Ability to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients.
Eligible to travel and work across Europe in a short notice
Confident and an innovative thinker and are not satisfied with “checking the box”
English (fluent, verbally and written), second language (preferably French / German) desirable
