About the role
Support a global Workday platform, mainly in Core HCM, by handling Jira requests, resolving issues, maintaining worker data, managing security requests, and running EIB mass updates. You’ll guide HR users and managers in English, create support and training materials, and help improve processes. You’ll also review biannual releases, run regression tests, and document results. Experience with Workday, EIBs, security, and Jira is required.
The Edenred Group’s HRIS team is composed of 8 team members based in France and Romania, reporting to the Group HR team.
We are recruiting an HRIS Functional Analyst (M/F) to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our global Workday platform.
Working as part of a global support team, you will partner with HR stakeholders across multiple countries to provide functional expertise, resolve system issues, support HR processes, and contribute to an efficient and user-friendly Workday experience. You will also play an active role in user enablement, testing activities and continuous process improvements.
Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities
1. Workday Functional Support
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Workday, primarily within Core HCM, by managing requests raised through Jira;
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service;
- Support HR business processes including worker data maintenance, staffing events, organizational changes and data validation;
- Execute mass data updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and validate successful processing;
- Support Workday Security activities, including user access troubleshooting and security-related requests;
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements to enhance the user experience.
2. User Enablement & Process Improvement
- Provide functional guidance and day-to-day support to HR users and managers across the global organization;
- Develop and maintain user guides, knowledge articles and training materials;
- Deliver end-user training sessions to promote system adoption and best practices;
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve existing processes and increase operational efficiency;
- Contribute to maintaining functional documentation and support materials.
3. Testing & Workday Releases
- Support the biannual Workday release process by reviewing new functionality and understanding its potential impact on existing business processes;
- Participate in regression testing to validate key Workday processes and ensure continued system stability;
- Document testing results, report issues identified during testing and support resolution activities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during testing and deployment activities to ensure a smooth release.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PROFILE
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Previous experience supporting Workday, preferably within Core HCM;
- Experience in HR Operations using Workday or within a Workday support/HRIS environment;
- Good understanding of Workday Security concepts;
- Experience processing EIBs and performing mass data updates;
- Experience working with Jira or similar ticket management tools;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
