What will you be doing in this role:

The ERP Solutions Analyst (UKG Integration and Workforce Systems Analyst) specializes in the configuration, development, and support of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions with a focus on Oracle and/or UKG Cloud infrastructure and applications. Implements integrations, custom extensions, and analytics solutions that enhance business efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. Applies ERP SDLC practices and cloud-native technologies to develop and maintain scalable ERP components that address evolving business requirements. Collaborates with business collaborators and IT teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions while adhering to enterprise architecture standards. Conducts monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance improvement activities across the ERP ecosystem. Implements automation and solutions to streamline processes and optimize technology investments.

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Boomi integrations connecting UKG with Workday, Oracle HCM/ERP, payroll, HR, identity-management, and other enterprise systems.

  • Build and enhance UKG Pro integrations, including Person Imports, payroll exports, custom interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, DataHub processes, SFTP transfers, and TelePunch.

  • Support UKG interface administration, including CRT management, DataViews, reporting solutions, BIRT Studio/Desktop reports, and DataHub reporting.

  • Configure, maintain, and support UKG clocks and related time-collection technologies.

  • Provide functional and technical support for UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling, including configuration, customization, reporting, integrations, and Transaction Assistant error resolution.

  • Participate in implementations and enhancements through requirements analysis, solution design, data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Monitor integrations, scheduled processes, interfaces, and data exchanges; investigate and resolve production incidents and data-transfer issues.

  • Maintain Boomi and UKG environments and support quarterly UKG upgrades and system testing.

  • Help ensure accurate payroll processing, reliable workforce reporting, and timely access to staffing information for managers.

  • Assess and respond to issues that may affect staffing, payroll, compliance, hospital operations, and patient-care delivery.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

Three (3) plus years of experience developing and supporting Boomi integrations for UKG Pro.

Project management experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and system analysis

Solid understanding of UKG REST and SOAP APIs, UKG Pro WFM, DataHub, reporting tools, and SFTP processes.

Functional knowledge of UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling modules.

Experience supporting integrations with Oracle ERP/HCM, Workday, payroll, HR, identity-management, and downstream systems.

Experience with production support, incident resolution, system testing, upgrades, and post-go-live maintenance.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Educational/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or technical field. (preferred)

Oracle Cloud and/or UKG certification(s) preferred.
