  • Help develop the overall solution strategy and win themes for opportunities.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations and Statements of Work production.
  • Support sales teams in articulating the value and differentiation of Workday and our implementation/transformation capabilities.
  • Help identify solution risks, dependencies and assumptions early in the sales process to support a smooth transition into delivery.
  • Own the estimation and scoping activities with support from implementation and commercial teams as needed.

Handover to Delivery

  • Ensure that the solution sold to the client can be effectively transitioned into implementation.
  • Work with delivery teams to communicate the agreed scope, key client requirements, assumptions, design considerations and commitments made during the sales process.

  • Keep up to date with developments in HR technology, digital employee experience, HR operating models, AI, automation and workforce analytics.
  • Develop reusable demonstration assets, solution stories, discovery materials and other presales collateral.
