Workday Product Manager - Compensation and Benefits
Davidson Hospitality Group
About the role
On-site in Dunwoody, GA, this role requires 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and deep Compensation and Benefits expertise; general HRIS or reporting-only experience is not enough. You will own the roadmap and configure plans, eligibility, enrollment, business processes, security, reporting, EIBs, and integrations across Core HCM and Payroll. You will lead Agile delivery, mentor analysts, and handle senior escalations.
Ready to turn your Workday compensation, benefits, and configuration expertise into a better experience for 12,000+ team members?
Davidson Hospitality Group is looking for a seasoned Workday Product Manager to drive the configuration and optimization of our domestic Workday ecosystem, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will connect product strategy with real configuration work, turning complex compensation programs, benefit plans, and multi-state requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
You will report to our Corporate HRIS Systems Manager and work closely with our Sr. Director, Workday Systems and Director of Total Rewards. You will lead the Workday side of Compensation and Benefits, managing the product roadmap, guiding Agile delivery, and serving as the functional and technical authority within Workday.
This is an on-site position at our corporate office in Dunwoody, GA. Remote work is not available for this role.
