About the role
Who we are looking for
Deloitte Central Europe's SAP HCM practice is growing, and we're looking for a technical-functional SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team.
Experience & expertise
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, plus 2–3 talent modules
- At least 3 completed implementations
- Data migration experience is a plus
- Experience working across multiple projects at once
- Capability to lead smaller workstreams
- Fluency in English and at least one Central European language (Polish, Czech, Hungarian, or Slovak) is required. Knowledge of German will be considered a strong asset.

Your future role
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant, you will:
- Configure the SAP SFSF solution independently, in consultation with the team lead
- Lead solution workshops with clients
- Support the Lead Consultant on functional and data migration workshops
- Support data migration activities
- Provide support during UAT and go-live
- Conduct system admin training
- Manage project deliverables and timelines
- Handle project documentation, including configuration and unit testing
