About the role

Everfox is hiring a Workday Integrations & Reporting Developer to support our team. You will be designing, building and testing integrations, custom reports and dashboards according to business requirements and needs in Workday. Design and deploy proactive monitoring and alerting solutions, monitor integration status, and respond to warnings and critical errors with a sense of urgency. While Workday is the core focus, the position also offers the opportunity to learn and contribute to Oracle Fusion ERP when capacity allows, supporting cross-platform integration and reporting needs.

Location: This is a hybrid role in Herndon, Va or Richardson Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test and deploy Workday integration solutions (inbound and outbound) using custom reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transforms, XLST and Workday Studio, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications. Design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards and data extracts using Workday reporting tools.
  • Design and implement proactive automated system monitoring and alerting solutions.
  • Monitor daily integration activity to ensure successful transmission and acceptance; troubleshoot and resolve errors and failures with a sense of urgency. Integration monitoring, incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Develop test cases and perform/oversee testing for enhancements, fixes, and releases.
  • Create/maintain technical documentation for all integrations, custom reports and dashboards.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of technology and adoption roadmap for Workday HR; perform regression testing as needed for new releases.
  • Continually review key HR business processes and Workday capabilities and identify areas for improved processing.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with at least 2 years of Workday integration development experience
  • Expert knowledge of Workday HCM and strong working knowledge across the following domain areas: benefits, compensation, recruiting, payroll, absence, time and security
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
  • Familiarity with ITGC policies, practices and controls governing data protection and access, configuration development, testing and implementation.
  • Expert knowledge of and skill in Workday reporting, dashboards and analytics
  • Ability to work outside of standard working hours to address high priority needs or issues
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$132,800.00-164,300.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
