Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As our HRIS Administrator, you'll be the primary owner of our HR technology environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administer, configure, secure, and maintain UKG and related HR systems.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Safety, and vendors on integrations and process improvements.
  • Manage and support connections between HR systems and other business applications.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
  • Help ensure data accuracy, system security, and a positive user experience.

This role will require 3 months of in-office work for initial training, and hybrid after that (3 days in office weekly).

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years supporting HR business functions.
  • 3+ years of HRIS/HCM administration experience.
  • UKG experience preferred; Workday or similar systems helpful.
  • Experience with reporting, queries, integrations, and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Authorization to work full-time in the United States.
