Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

TL;DR

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration projects, managing schedules, risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder updates. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and strong data integration skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects involving SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration within our organization. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope and budget.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project timelines, and define deliverables

  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion

  • Identifies, documents, and manages project risks, assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implements approved actions an workarounds

  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities

  • Manage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems

  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow

  • Maintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals

  • Continuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution

  • Perform project financial management – Develops overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • As a Project Manager, 3 to 5 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
