Lead Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking optimization work, including production support, assessments, Phase X deployments, and solution design for customer tenants. You need at least two years of Workday experience and three years using Workday Payroll or another ERP in payroll, with degree substitutions available. The role is hybrid, includes up to 25% travel and occasional on-site milestone support, and prefers public sector experience or active Workday Payroll certification.

What You Will Do
From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday solutions to equip organizations with the information they need to optimize their Workday environments.
As a Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Optimization Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, you will:
- Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments.
- Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity, preferably in post-production support. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with SEVEN (7) years of experience using Workday Payroll or other ERPs in a Payroll capacity, preferably in post-production support.
- A MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of work experience with Workday.
- Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Workday Public Sector experience preferred.
- Current holder of an active Workday Payroll Certification.
- Extensive knowledge using Microsoft products.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
