About the role
This remote role supports clients on Workday Time Tracking and Absence, with up to 50% travel as needed. You’ll analyze requirements, write functional specifications, test and troubleshoot solutions, and own project workstreams with little supervision. The role also includes client communication and mentoring junior engagement team members, and requires 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Experience with Time Tracking and Absence management is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client
