This position is responsible for planning, executing, and sustaining organizational change management activities and end-user training programs for Jefferson Parish Information Technology initiatives. These initiatives include enterprise system implementations such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), UKG Workforce Management, and other current or future enterprise platforms.

In addition to OCM leadership responsibilities, the incumbent serves as a UKG system administrator, providing backend system configuration, maintenance, and security administration. This job ensures that enterprise technology solutions are successfully adopted, effectively utilized, and aligned with operational and workforce needs across Parish departments.

The work performed is under the administrative direction of the Computer Systems Analyst Supervisor and the IT Operations Manager, with extensive coordination across parish departments, vendors, and end-users. The position requires independent judgment, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional change initiatives.

This classification is distinguished by its dual responsibility for (1) leading parishwide organizational change management and training efforts for IT system implementations, and (2) functioning as the subject matter expert for the UKG timekeeping platform. The position operates with a high level of autonomy and supports strategic decision-making at departmental and parishwide levels.

Position requires driving of a personal vehicle, thus possession of a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and personal automobile with minimum liability insurance available for business use (business travel is reimbursed on a mileage basis) will be given preference.

Possession of an accredited Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems/Decision Sciences, Business Administration, or IT/IS Project Management; PLUS, at least two (2) years of paid work experience which included researching, planning, and proposing technology-based solutions to meet specific operational or business needs of end-users or stakeholders.

Preferred: Experience with Infor Enterprise Software, NexGen Enterprise Asset Management Software, or UKG Workforce Management Software preferred.
