About the role

TL;DR

This hybrid role lets you work from home one day a week while supporting the daily operation of global SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold. You’ll be the first contact for local HR administrators, coordinate incidents with Group IT, maintain HR data, and prepare reports and analyses, including testing and releases. You enjoy working with systems, data and processes. You are detail-oriented, curious about technology, and motivated to help others find practical solutions. In this role, you will support the daily operation of our global SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold, ensure high-quality HR data, and contribute to reporting and process improvements.

As part of the Group HR Systems & Reporting team, you will work closely with HR colleagues, local HR teams, and Group IT. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build expertise in HR systems, data management, and reporting within an international environment.

Your impact

You will help ensure that our HR systems and data support employees, managers, and HR teams across the Group.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our local HR administrators on system questions and support requests
  • Coordinate and track incidents, inquiries, and follow-up activities with Group IT
  • Maintain, validate, and monitor HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Execute mass data updates and support ongoing data maintenance activities
  • Prepare recurring reports, data extracts, and ad-hoc analyses for HR stakeholders
  • Perform data quality checks and validate reporting results
  • Support system testing, releases, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Maintain user documentation, training materials while continously improving processes, data quality and user experience

What you bring

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in HR, Shared Services, Reporting, Finance, or similar environment
  • Strong interest in systems, technology, and data
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and reports
  • A structured, accurate, and detail-oriented working style with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards
  • Service-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage

Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, Power BI, or similar systems is beneficial but not required. We are looking for someone with the curiosity and willingness to grow into an HR systems and data expert.
