SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Our SAP department emerges as a premiere SAP partner & integrator in the EMEA market, encompassing the entire spectrum of SAP offerings (hardware procurement, SAP licenses, and customized services). Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest, cutting-edge SAP technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and industry-specific solutions (ISU and IS-OIL), across a wide range of sectors (Consumer goods, Education, Utilities, Telcos, Banking etc.)

We are now expanding our team and looking for talented SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our growing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) practice.

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:

• Participate in full-cycle implementations and support engagements for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Time Management).
• Lead and contribute to project phases including requirement gathering, system design and configuration, documentation, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients’ HR and IT teams to translate business needs into functional SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules in alignment with best practices and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal SAP teams and ensure seamless integration across SAP HCM and other enterprise modules.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support.
• Deliver high-quality consulting solutions and establish long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to proposals and pre-sales activities.
• Build a strong professional reputation as a trusted HR technology advisor.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations or SAP HCM consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SuccessFactors module (Employee Central, Performance, Learning, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and cloud-based HR solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand both technical and business aspects.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to also work independently.
