As a UKG Pro WFM Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role, you will be part of our Workforce Technology - Enabling Apps team, focusing on UKG software consulting. You will assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specific to UKG software. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to provide impactful solutions, contributing to HR Transformation and Optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and deliver value to our clients.
Responsibilities
Analyzing client needs to implement UKG software solutions effectively
Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration of UKG applications
Assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through business process analysis
Configuring systems to align with client requirements and strategic objectives
Delivering system integration services to enhance technology deployments
Utilizing advanced scheduling techniques to improve workforce management
Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights
Supporting human capital management solutions to drive operational optimization
Engaging in software consulting to address client challenges and opportunities
Collaborating with teams to uphold professional and technical standards
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
Excelling in analytical thinking and business process analysis
Demonstrating proficiency in configuring systems and technology deployments
Utilizing advanced scheduling and operational optimization skills
Possessing experience in software consulting and implementations
Integrating human capital management solutions effectively
Navigating complex system integration delivery scenarios
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
