About the role

TL;DR

Own Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll configuration through go-live and ongoing administration for a global workforce. You’ll work across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent, Learning, and other modules, building formulas, workflows, security, reports, integrations, and data loads. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience and includes testing, troubleshooting, cutover, and post-go-live support.

As Oracle HCM Functional Administrator, you’ll play a hands-on role in Regal’s global People & Culture transformation program. Much like the crew behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll be responsible for building, configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll as we prepare for go-live.

You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team, Payroll team, business stakeholders, project team, and system integrators to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions. Following go-live, you’ll become a key member of the team, providing ongoing Oracle HCM administration, configuration, programming, system updates, and enhancements to support Regal’s global workforce.

What will you be doing?

  • Configure and build Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll based on approved business requirements and solution designs.

  • Support functional process mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration workshops, and solution validation.

  • Develop and maintain Oracle HCM configurations across areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, Help Desk, Talent, Learning, and related HCM modules.

  • Build and maintain fast formulas, workflows, approvals, security roles, reports, dashboards, and other Oracle HCM system components as required.

  • Support integrations, data loads, and other technical activities necessary to prepare the system for go-live.

  • Perform unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing.

  • Troubleshoot configuration and system issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

  • Support cutover activities, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization, including report writing, dashboarding, and data/analytics creation and support.

  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration documentation and system procedures.

  • Partner with the team to identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and efficiencies.

  • Following go-live, provide ongoing Oracle HCM administration, including system configuration, updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and programming.

  • Manage system changes through appropriate testing, documentation, approvals, and deployment processes.

  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and evaluate and implement relevant system updates and functionality.

  • Collaborate with the PMO, system integrators, and other technical and functional teams to ensure consistent and successful delivery.

About You

  • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional administrator, analyst, consultant, or similar role.

  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and administering Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Experience building and maintaining Oracle HCM functionality, including fast formulas, workflows, approvals, security, reporting, and data loads.

  • Knowledge of multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or related areas.

  • Experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.

  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and the ability to translate requirements into effective system configurations.

  • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-go-live system support.

  • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, system integrators, project teams, and Shared Services.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Comfortable working hands-on in the system and taking ownership of configuration and system maintenance.
