TL;DR

Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business teams to improve talent processes and the employee experience.

The Talent Analyst, HR Technology (HRIT) plays a critical role in enabling Rheem’s global Talent and Recruiting technology platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion HCM — specifically Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, Performance Management, and employee development solutions. This role partners closely with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation of talent processes, optimize platform capabilities, and enhance the end-to-end employee experience across Rheem’s global industrial manufacturing operations.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
