About the role
Lead enterprise HR transformations as the main client contact from planning through go-live, owning workshops, root cause analysis, delivery, quality, risk, and measurable impact. You need 5+ years in HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central certification, lead-consultant implementation experience, and fluent German and English. Experience with Time Management, other SuccessFactors modules, or SmartRecruiters helps; the hybrid role also covers AI-powered SuccessFactors adoption, mentoring cross-border teams, and on-site travel as needed.

Evaluate industry and technology trends to introduce industry-leading practices.
Map business processes to solution requirements, utilizing existing solution capabilities.
Support strategic and transition planning to align with business objectives.
Advise on disruptive business innovation and handle change management efforts.
Implement end-to-end solution-designed processes and configure various technological solutions.
You're a recognized authority shaping outcomes across teams and regions.
Bring It You bring five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM). You are certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and have led implementations as a lead consultant. Experience with Time Management, other SuccessFactors modules or Smart Recruiters strengthens your application. You are familiar with the AI capabilities in SuccessFactors and understand how they shift HR from transactional to autonomous operations. Your German and English are fluent, and you manage senior stakeholders with confidence.
Build It You serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle. You plan workshops, lead root cause analysis, and own delivery to go-live. A key part of your work is advising clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors - automating decisions, reducing manual HR processes, and moving toward an autonomous enterprise model. You also mentor near-shore and off-shore consultants and partners as part of cross-border project teams. Your work directly shapes how large enterprises transform their HR operations across the region.
Belong This team is part of SAP's Global Customer Services and Delivery. The work focuses on enterprise HR transformation for large clients across the region -increasingly built on intelligent, AI-embedded processes that reduce manual effort and improve people decisions at scale. You own your client engagements, work alongside skilled consultants, and travel on-site as needed. Your base is Prague in the Czech Republic, and the role has reach across Europe and beyond.
