TEST HR Analyst SCS (SuccessFactors)

About the role

TL;DR

Support and maintain HR systems remotely, serving as the technical contact for assigned areas. Train users, deliver HR reporting, troubleshoot interfaces and SAP issues, manage security, and test system changes. You’ll need a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of HRIS or payroll systems experience, with strong Excel and troubleshooting skills.

The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and supports HRMS upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide training and support to end users of HR Systems (e-HR; Time Managers Workplace; SuccessFactors; SAP)
  • Deliver monthly, standard HR reporting. Collaborate with HR/Payroll/Benefit staff to develop ad hoc queries and new standard reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and test third party inbound/outbound interface files.
  • Troubleshoot and understand SAP technical solution. Complete end user acceptance testing for SAP break/fix and enhancement changes.
  • Manage HR System user security.
  • Actively support the continuous improvement of HR systems by identifying enhancements and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with HRIS/Payroll systems.

Preferred requirements:

  • Analytical thinker with strong MS Excel; troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
  • Functional knowledge of HR/Benefit/Payroll legal requirements, business processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational and customer service skills.
