About the role

TL;DR

This onsite role needs 5+ years implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management, plus 5+ years supporting Boomi interfaces. You’ll support the full project lifecycle, configure UDM/WDM servers, and plan UKG clock deployments. Full English and Spanish fluency is required, with extended hours and possible weekend or holiday work.

Seeking an experienced UKG Support Resource to support the implementation, configuration, and integration of UKG Pro WFM solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, deadlines, and risk identification.

  • Configure UDM/WDM servers and support deployment planning for UKG clocks.

  • Develop and support UKG Pro WFM integrations using Boomi.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM, including Timekeeper, Scheduling, Accruals, and Absence Management.

  • 5+ years of experience developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi.

  • Dell Boomi Certification (Optional).

  • Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules (Optional)

  • Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with excellent oral skills.

  • Must be proficient using MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
