About the role

The Senior HR Technology Analyst sits at the intersection of HR operations, workforce data and digital innovation. You will serve as a functional and data steward for the company's enterprise HCM platform, currently Oracle HCM, and a portfolio of connected HR applications. You will lead system projects, releases, data management, reporting and production support while helping shape the future HR technology roadmap through platform evaluation, AI, digital assistants and workflow automation. This is an opportunity to improve the systems HR relies on today while influencing how the technology ecosystem evolves next.

What you will do

  • Own enterprise HCM data and functional operations. Serve as a functional and data steward for the company's enterprise HCM platform, currently Oracle HCM. Manage workforce structures, position and organization data, store and location setup, user access and related processes while maintaining data integrity, documentation and controls.

  • Strengthen HR data operations and system reliability. Oversee recurring and mass data activities, interfaces, audits, certifications and production support; reconcile data, resolve complex issues and improve work through standardization, stronger controls and automation.

  • Turn workforce data into actionable insight. Deliver government, compensation, operational and ad hoc reporting; create and maintain practical Power BI dashboards; and help leaders understand trends, risks and opportunities.

  • Shape the future of HR through AI and automation. Own and improve digital assistants and knowledge experiences, identify high-value use cases, research emerging capabilities, lead pilots, automate workflows, monitor quality and adoption, and establish responsible practices for privacy, security, accuracy and human oversight.

  • Expand and evolve the connected HR technology ecosystem. Support electronic I-9, organization charting, digital records and other HR applications while contributing to technology roadmaps, vendor and platform evaluations, integrations, implementation planning and transition-readiness activities.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Five or more years of progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, HR data, people analytics or a related function.

  • Experience supporting a major enterprise HCM platform, with strength in HR data management, system enhancements, testing and production support. Oracle HCM preferred.

  • Demonstrated project management and business analysis skills, including the ability to translate business needs into requirements and move complex work through implementation and adoption.

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills using Excel and HCM reporting tools, plus working knowledge of Power BI and the ability to reconcile data across systems.
