Oracle HCM Application Management Services (AMS) Delivery Lead

About the role

TL;DR

Work three days a week in the Atlanta or Dallas office, leading end-to-end delivery for Oracle HCM application management contracts. You’ll own service quality, operational, contractual, and financial commitments, guide decisions across teams, and identify follow-on work. The role requires at least 8 years in account delivery management, business operations, estimation and planning, and work management, plus 5 years with Oracle Cloud HCM.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions by providing solutions that apply across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management is required.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX and requires three days per week in the office.

What you need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Account Delivery Management, Business Operation Management, Estimation and Planning, and Work Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
