Digital Realty is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, HR Service Delivery to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global HR technology landscape. Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Platforms, this role is responsible for ensuring the successful operation, optimization, and evolution of Oracle HCM and other critical HR applications that support our global workforce.

The Director, HR Service Delivery will serve as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business leaders, driving technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and improve the employee experience. This position requires deep Oracle HCM expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to lead globally distributed teams while executing a long-term HR technology vision.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HR technology service delivery, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives.

  • Serve as the executive leader and subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, driving platform optimization, innovation, and adoption.

  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of major HR technology initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and new module implementations.

  • Oversee the daily operation, support, and performance of Oracle HCM and related HR applications.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed team of technical program managers, HRIS analysts, application specialists, and support professionals.

  • Manage relationships with implementation partners, software vendors, and third-party service providers.

  • Oversee HR technology budgets, including software licensing, consulting services, and resource planning.

  • Partner with HR leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and other business functions.

  • Communicate technology roadmaps, project updates, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure enterprise HR systems maintain high standards of data integrity, compliance, security, and reliability.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, enterprise applications, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, and enterprise technology initiatives.

  • Extensive hands-on Oracle HCM experience, including both functional and technical expertise.

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including Recruiting, Core HR, Benefits, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, and Workforce Scheduling.

  • Proven success leading large-scale Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and support organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience leading globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, integrations, APIs, data management, and security practices.

  • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic technology investments.

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM certification.

  • Experience supporting global HR organizations and multi-regional HR technology deployments.

  • Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies and tools.

  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.

  • PMP, PgMP, or related program management certifications.

  • Experience within large-scale global enterprises supporting complex workforce environments.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $150,000 - $170,000 annually. This compensation range represents the Company's good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
